This Privacy Policy explains how KSE Group Inc. ("we," "us," or "Caribbean Culture Fest") collects, uses, and protects your information when you buy tickets and attend our event. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide at checkout — your name, email address, and phone number.
• Order & ticket data — the tickets you buy, order totals, and door check-in status.
• Payment information — card payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles it under their own security standards.
• Limited device data — your browser stores small items locally (such as your sound preference and an order reference) to make checkout work. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To deliver your tickets and the QR codes used for entry.
• To check you in at the door.
• To contact you about your order or important event updates (time, location, lineup, cancellation).
• To provide customer support and prevent fraud or abuse.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Stripe, to process your payment and pay out the event organizer.
• Service providers that help us send tickets and emails, bound to protect your data.
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect safety.

Data retention & your choices

We keep your order information for as long as needed to run the event and meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing us at the address below (we'll honor requests except where we must keep records by law).

Security

Tickets are cryptographically signed to prevent forgery, payment data is handled by Stripe, and access to attendee information is restricted to authorized event staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Children

Tickets are sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
